--To Our Grandparents' House We Go: Chapter 1--

**Emile's POV:**

"Mommy, are we there yet?" I heard my brother Tyler whine for about the billionth time. We were going to our grandparents' house to see the rest of the family for two whole straight days. And their house in the middle of the countryside.

"Not yet Tylo. But we'll be there soon." Mom replied to Tyler. I stared through the window into the vast open country. I started to count all the horses I saw as we drove by them.

"Hey Emile, you excited to meet your cousins?" Dad asked to me.

"Yeah, I'm excited to meet all of them." I replied with a grin. It was true, I was excited to meet all of them. But one of them I'm not as excited to the as the others. My cousin Jon. We have a friendly rivalry between each other. Although we're held together by our love of gaming. And, by the fact our little brothers are best buds.

"Tyler, can you name all of your cousins?" Mom asked to Tyler. I looked at my brother as he tried to name them all.

"There's Tim, Reese, Jon, Donna,...Masae, Jake, and Patrick!" Tyler said in approval.

"You're missing one Tyler." I said to him. I could almost see the little gears turning inside Tyler's head as he tried to think who he missed. I sat there, staring at him in that thinking position. Finally, after watching him for an hour, (Really just 3 minutes.) I saw his face brighten up.

"I missed Joshie didn't I? It's Joshie who I missed!" Tyler exclaimed with a smile. "Why could I forget Joshie? He's my friend." I gave him a high five and Tyler gladly gave one back.

----------

**Tim's POV:**

"What is love? Baby don't hurt me, no more!" I heard the radio play as me and my sister Reese head banged to it.

"Man, it's awesome seeing you brother! Haven't seen ya since Christmas." Reese said to me.

"Ay, I missed you as well sis. 19 years of living together, it took a toll on us when we left to live on our own." I replied.

"Like, can you imagine? 16 years ago the two of us were going down this exact same road to grandma's and grandpa's house? Man, that feels like it was yesterday!" My younger sis exclaimed. It was true, for as long as we could remember our family had this family reunion. And the tradition never stopped.

"Remember little Tyler when he was younger? He was quivering in fear because the poor little guy had never seen us before. Took him a while to get used to us." I said before giving out a small chuckle. "Good times, good times." I added on.

"Hey look, we're at their house." Reese said to me. The two of us got out of our car and went in the back to get the blankets and pillows we brought for ourselves.

"Wait a minute...what are these doing here?" I asked to Reese. I pulled out a red blanket and pillow from the back. Along with a Franklin badge.

"Oh those? That's Emile's stuff. A couple of weeks ago Emile's mom dropped him and his brother at my house for a while because of work. The two of them the spent the night and Emile forgot to get his stuff." Reese explained to me.

"So that explains why I heard a T.V going off in the background when I called." I said to my sis. I got Emile's stuff and went into our grandparents' house.

----------

**Jon's POV:**

"So Jonnie, you excited to meet your cousins?" I heard my little brother Josh ask me. Me, my parents, and two younger brothers were headed out to the country for two days to meet all of our aunts, uncles, and cousins. Woot.

"I guess so." I replied to him.

"Now come on Jon. You won't be able to see them again until Thanksgiving. You might as well enjoy it while you can." Dad said to me.

"Hey Jon, look what I have!" Patrick said to me in a happy tone. I looked at him to see he brought along a red pikmin doll. I smiled at my little brother's achievement.

"You found Steve for me! You won't believe how long I've been looking for this guy." I said as I reached out to get the red fellow. He snatched
it away from me.

"You're not getting Steve Jon. I'm kidnapping him." Patrick said to me as he stuck his tongue out at me. Of course, only Patrick would do something so cruel. Only Patrick. I leaned over to my brother Josh.

"Hey Josh, can you maybe...convince Patrick to give you Steve?" I whispered to him. Josh nodded his head.

"Patrick, can I hold Steve?" Josh asked to him.

"Sure you can!" Patrick replied with a grin. Josh got Steve and held him tight in his arms.

"Now...can I have Steve?" I asked to Josh in a hushed whisper.

"Nope. I'm an official member of the He Man Keep Steve Captive Club!" Josh exclaimed with a grin. "And Patrick is one as well!" Josh added on. Man, what did I miss at last year's family reunion?

----------

**Jake's POV:**

"I spy with my little eye...something blue." My little sis Masae said while looking out the window. Donna and I groaned, since this has been the tenth time Masae has said that.

"It's the sky Masae. And the next one is just a guess. It's the sky." Donna said in boredom.

"Okay Donna, now that's just scary." Masae said in shock.

"Ma, how much longer?" I asked to my mom.

"About 15 minutes Jake. We'll get there soon." Ma replied to me. Thank god. Only 15 minutes in the horrible car ride.

"So Jake, how's the He Man Steve Captive Club coming along?" Donna asked to me.

"Hopefully it's going pretty well. President Emile ordered Patrick and Josh to get Steve. Then the real fun begins once we get to grandma's and grandpa's house." I said to my sis while smiling in an evil way. This plan was going to work. I just know of it.
So now, the very first chapter of To Our Grandparents' house we go! This and Once Upon a Player will alternate weeks. So next week, Once Upon a Player is going to be posted.

If you haven't read my journal post about the story, I highly advise for you to do so. That way, you'll know everyone's ages and their siblings.

I hope you enjoyed chapter 1! I know it's slow and it changes Point of Views a lot. Can't really be solved if you're working with 10 young Let's Players. XD My plan for this is to go off the beaten path with fanfics and go away all this action, grand adventures, and crazy couple stuff. And just make them well...go on simple, little adventures you'd go on if you were their age.

Story Idea: Yours Truly

Let's Players: Themselves (I'm too lazy to put all 10 of their names. XD)

Interesting, I just wish I knew everyone. @.@ It looks to be a decent story thus far. Hope it erupts into one that an LP-er will mention in his/her video someday. XD
