--My Little Gamer: Little Memories 1--

-A Gamer is Born-

I was just merely in my room when it suddenly happened. My dad walked pasted by my room after he talked on the phone nonstop.

"Colton was born today." I heard him say as he walked by my door.

When he was gone, I grinned a mile wide adn squealed a little bit with excitment.

"LP Community, we have a new member today!" I said as I posted a journal about it in DeviantArt. As per usual, everyone freaked out with excitement over our newest addition.

"Colton, you're in for a rollercoaster of a ride in life."

-My First Holding-

"Would you like to hold him?" My aunt asked me.

"Yes." I replied with a grin, trying my hardest to keep my excitement in. I sat down, and shaped my arms into a cradle. My aunt laied him down in my arms and I stared at his little, sleeping self.

"Heyo Colton. Welcome to the world." I said softly with a smile.

"Look at me for a picture." I heard my aunt say. I turned to her, and smiled at the camera. That's going to deviantart.

Later on, there one a ruckus going on outside, and everyone was rushing to see what it was. I watched from my seat as the girl who was holding Colton came up to me.

"Here, hold Colton for me." She said to me. I quickly cradled my arms and Colton was put in them. It seemed like the only people left in the house was my aunt and I. And Colton, can't forget him.

He looked so peaceful in my arms as I held him. He was just sleeping there, all nice and quiet. It was such an good feeling to hold Colton and to have him for myself. Just for that one time.

-Wide Eyed Sing Song Time-

It was Thanksgiving, and I was in a car with my cousin and my aunt. The three of us were going to their house, and we were also in charge of bringing Colton. Turns out, he was really cranky and kept on trying.

"Why is he crying?!" I asked to my cousin.

"I don't know! Just keep on holding his binky in his mouth I guess!" She replied to me. We kept on trying to keep his binky in his mouth, but he always kept on losing it and constantly kept on crying.

And then, an idea came to my head. I didn't know if it would work, but it was worth a try. I resisted trying to do it while he was crying, since I might've embarrassed myself in front of them. But now, anything was worth it.

"Cheer up and dry your damp eyes, and tell me when it rains. And I'll blend up that rainbow above you and shoot it through your veins." I sang softly to the 1 month old baby. His crying started to get quieter, and I leaned closer to him.

"Cause your heart as a lack of color, and we should've known, that we'd grow up sooner or later, cause we wasted all of our free time alone." I saw Colton stare at me wide eyed at me with his big, brown eyes. I constantly continued to sing Owl City songs, Shooting Star, Brielle, Fireflies, When Can I See You Again, Peppermint Winter, and many others.

And from that moment on, I knew I had struck gold. From then on, I would sing to him whenever I could.
